Bacalao To The People
Bacalao til Folket has its roots on the small island of Tustna off the northwest coast of Norway. Our goal is to share Tustna's 400-year-old history of squid and bacalao production with the rest of the world. On our menu you will find a selection of Portuguese-Norwegian favorites such as bacalao, bolinhos, crab cakes and more.

Bolinhos with potato wedges
Our own twist on the Portuguese tapas classic, made with squid, onion, garlic, parsley and a pinch of chili, served with potato wedges and our creamy butare aioli.
